PS - I really appreciated your thought of my brother Ronny, he was there...!" -- from Linda Fluke Luckie (March 2009 - 6th annual COWGIRL WEEKEND)

"Dear Trina, I know that you have been inundated with emails, but I wanted to send one to thank you for restoring my confidence in myself and my horse Miss - she was picture perfect for Cowgirl Weekend.... that's what I took away from Cowgirl Weekend. It was more fun than I imagined. Richard and I had the perfect camping spot. The weather was cooperative. And what can I say about the women? You truly are special to sponsor something like this. My husband and I look forward to next year as we WILL be returning. Thanks for all you do. Love, Marilynn Pustka" -- Marilynn Pustka from Lovelady, Tx (March 2009 - 6th annual COWGIRL WEEKEND)

"Trina, my team had a great time and were very happy to place 7th. They all decided that they want to do it again next year with the same team, shirts, name, team # and flag (16 is Holly's favorite #). Thanks for all of the hard work. BTW, I was literally stunned when you called my name. I have never raced barrels before and no one was more surprised than I was. I love my buckle! Thanks!" -- Tamah Bullock-Long from Smithville, Tx (March 2009 - 6th annual COWGIRL WEEKEND)

"Trina - I just wanted to thank you again for such an awesome weekend. This weekend and event was incredible. What you do for us cowgirls, well I just can't say enough. "The Crazy Ole Heifers" will sure be back next year for another exciting weekend. I will be working to obtain other sponsors to help out too... I help produce barrel races and know that sponsors are a huge success to events as these." -- Robin Cagle (March 2009 - 6th annual COWGIRL WEEKEND)

"Trina, Just wanted to let you know the "Wild Pack of Mungle's" got home safely. We had another great year of fun and fellowship. Even though we all chose to be on the same team this year, we still met some really great people. Some of the people we met were new comers, some were friends of our old team mates. I loved every event this year, even when my horse wouldn't do the event. Also, I just wanted you to know that I love how you stand up to your convictions. I love you and think that you are a very strong woman. Through your actions and attitude, you inspire me to be a better and more gracious woman in life through Christ. Thank you for the blessing you have bestowed on me and my friends." -- from Linda Samford (March 2009 - 6th annual COWGIRL WEEKEND)

"Hi Trina, Pop Tart Patty here. What a weekend of joy. I told my daughter that it was the most fun I've had with horses in my life.
I did not win a buckle but my daughter told me the smile on my face after the team sorting and penning made me look 20 years younger. Thanks again for a wonderful time." -- from Pat Lynn (March 2009 - 6th annual COWGIRL WEEKEND)

"Oh Trina, I just had to give you a quick line to tell you how much I enjoyed meeting you and your family and what a blessing it was to me to be a part of it for the weekend. I know how harried it must be for you to run these things but I think God gave this idea to you as he knew you would be a bright spot in so many people's lives. You a truly a jewel. We all got home safe and sound and with so many stories to tell. You can count on us and whoever we can push, pull or drag along next year. That was the most beautiful park I have ever seen. Thanks again for all you do." -- from Susan Goode (March 2009 - 6th annual COWGIRL WEEKEND)

"Just a note of thanks and to let you know that we think Poncho did an outstanding job with our 2 yo filly - Docs Rx for Freckles (aka "Eve"). The 30 days ranch riding and working cattle made such a difference in her mind and maturity. There is just no substitute for that kind of exposure for a young horse. I would recommend your program to anyone with a young horse that needs ranch riding."

"Of course, anyone who meets your family and the kind of environment that you project in your sortings....how can they resist. It truly is a wonderful experience for the experienced as well as the novice. I absolutely love to see the kids sort with their families. There are so few quality family events in this world. It is nice to go somewhere with your family and know it will be a quality family environment. We sure do appreciate all that y'all do to keep it that way, and putting on the sortings." -- from Patty Soper (JP Leather

"Just wanted to let you know that my sister and I had an awesome time this weekend and for sure want to come back again. The camaraderie and sportsmanship of everyone was awesome. Even though it was a competition, everyone hollered and encouraged to help each other was tremendous. It was truly something I haven't had the pleasure to take part in until now. And with this being my first competition against someone besides my sister. We have been going against each other for almost 43 years now. The change was good. Thanks again to you and your family and all your volunteers for a great experience. I know it is a lot of work, but in the end you will reap the rewards of another great event. I write this because I do special events also with my job so I do know what a pleasure or pain they can be." -- from Stacy Westlake, Fulton, Tx (Cowgirl Weekend 2008 Participant)

"Thanks so much Trina. We had an AWESOME time...putting it on the calendar for next year! It was a long ride home with some new bumps and bruises, but we couldn't stop talking about how much fun we had and laughing about all the memories we made.
You guys in Texas really know how to do it! Thanks so much....next year we're taking that crown back to Mississippi!" -- from Amanda Patton, Jamie Rasberry & Cindy Rasberry from Mississippi (Cowgirl Weekend 2008 Participants)
